Robuchon Madrid, part of JR International, is led by a team of experts many of whom worked alongside Joël Robuchon for decades.
With L’Atelier Robuchon Madrid, the team are embracing Joël Robuchon’s desire to open an accessible and intimate restaurant in Madrid, one that is also in line with his much lauded philosophy of contemporary, convivial dining.
Le Bistrot is a four-space concept designed specifically for Madrid that seeks to give more casual options. The team are delighted to continue the legacy of one of the most influential chefs of our time.
Le Speakeasy, clandestine cocktail bar, is hidden in the basement of the old Embassy and attracts its guests by offering the exclusively curated cocktail menu and live music nights.

Over the years Robuchon mentored countless chefs. Today many of these chefs remain the bannermen of the Robuchon spirit, dedicated to actively promoting existing concepts whilst actively developing new ones.
